I use my add/remove feature as well as deleting file under Program Files under My Computer. I also use Registry Mechanic that gets rid of any unused files and registrys, and I love it. Recommended by C-Net. If you can't find an answer on Amazon, I would try Cnet anyway. Good Luck!
