World War III is starting??

The US won't get involved because it's an election year and neither party is willing to make significant moves which could alienate the voters.. What might be far more of a provocation in US eyes would be the migration and resettlement of Russians to lay claim to Northern Canada (above the Arctic Circle) as the Arctic ice melts and travel there becomes commonplace. The natural resources in the Arctic are virtually limitless.
