Is there a way to get pregnant if you have scar tissue in your tubes?

just wondering, I had toxic shock syndrome from using a g*** d** tampax, and now I have had a hysterectomy, and was full of scar tissue, which I knew all along, when I had insurance, they said they would do 20K worth of tests and test me for scar tissue last, I said no, I know I have scar tissue,and even my sisters and brothers are all nurses or doctors or married to them, they won't tell me, could I have had children, before I had the hysterectomy? Just wondering...oh, and yes, I was full of scar tissue...
