Where can I find a good but cheap cello?

I'm looking to buy a cello that I can learn on but don't want to spend over $150. What would be a recommended brand? The only reason why I don't want to spend too much is because I already have ALOT of instruments and only want to buy a cello for learning purposes. If I get significantly better I'll buy a better cello later on
