SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!?

dd had problems regulating her temp for the first few days .shes 2 weeks now and i cant figure out how to dress her in when shes inside i try to keep the temp around 70 but i dont know what she should be wearing and do i keep her in a reciving blanket at all times and what about night time do i dress her warmer??it gets kinda chilly and im scared shes gonna get to cold but i heard overheating a baby can cause sids.... ???
