My stomach goes in when I inhale...?

When I take a breath in, my chest rises, but my stomach goes inward. When I exhale, it is the exact opposite. I realize that most people breathe so that both their stomach and chest expand when they inhale. Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, do you know any ways to fix it?
