Avira Virus Protection!!!?

last night a msg popped up on my screen telling me that avira had detected something trojan...but this happened already, about 3 times within the last year and i quickly responded with a "deny acess" but lastnight my computer started to stick to the msg just went away, after running a full system scan, avira detected it, and there was the options to "repair all" and "cancel" so i clicked on "repair all", am i safe?? after clicking repair all, everything just went away, but when i checked in "events" , i saw the named detection there but there was nothing to say if it was removed or anything...what should i do??
