What's wrong with my Rabbit?

take him to the vet,mine had the same thing to she sat there,we nipped it in the right a way,her plumbing was backed and she couldn't poop,is he pooping?just to be safe take him in:}oh and he gave us something to give her it was like a gel stuff and the next day she was pooping all over the place lol and was more lively
