I need a digital camera!?

I've been looking at reviews all day and I can't decide, and need a personal opinion. I'm looking for a camera of about the 100 to 150 dollar range, has 6 MP or more and takes videos with above average quality, and not for like 3 minutes. I've looked at the casio exilim Z60 and a bunch of reviewers liked it and some not so much(mainy the C|NET reviewers, that don't like anything), and it states it has no zoom in video mode, which I might need. This is mostly videos for Youtube and friends. Any suggestions? Picture quality doesn't have to be professional, but better than some Panasonic Cam corder.
