HELP IT HURTS REAL BAD TO Pee!!?

well it barley started right now im a boy that is 12 years old and i tryed to pee but it hurts so so bad im serious and i dont kow what to do it hurts like somone is stabbing me there it hurts at the very tip of my pe.nu.s and i know ill have to pee somtime please tell me what i can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!
