Does it ever feel that most whites are only nice to minorities they instantly know cannot compete against them?

There are a lot of stupid people in this world that still haven't realized how outdated racism is. They think that some people are better than others because of the amount of pigment in their skin. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life and yet it is extremely prevalent unfortunately. I agree with parts of what you say and I disagree with other parts. On the one hand, it may appear that these popular white guys are befriending minorities in order to feel better about themselves, but on the other hand, is it really worth the trouble to be friends with someone for a reason like that. Maybe they have more in common than meets the eye. But regardless of what happens in those cases, you cannot look at it so generally. Everyone has their own motives for doing what they do. Some people will be racist pigs until the day they die and some people go their whole lives with out paying attention to the various skin colors around them. You're just going to have to deal with their ignorance until we can find a way to tactfully weed them out of society. If you come up with a way let me know, I'll be happy to help.
